At M. McKenzie we pride ourselves in having the best wood pellets on the market. Notably, all our pellets are 6mm ENplus A1 Wood Fuel Pellets and, furthermore, they are proudly made in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. Our skilled team has been producing the best quality wood pellets since 2016. As a result, we are now producing up to 60,000 tonnes per year. The pellet mill is powered by green energy from our CHP biomass boiler. We have a zero-waste policy and ensure 100% of all harvested trees get utilised. Furthermore, the biomass boiler is designed to run on low quality wood that can’t be used by our sawmill, such as brash from our recycling centres.

What are our biomass wood pellets made from?

Our pellets are made from by-products from our M. McKenzie Sawmill, which uses 100% British softwood. All the wood we use is harvested by our team from UK forests. This means the wood comes from sustainable sources and well-managed woodlands, compliant with our sustainable forestry practices. Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery options from palletised wood pellets to blown deliveries. For pallet deliveries they come in sizes of half, ¾ and full pallets. These are ideal for domestic and commercial use to keep your home or business warm.

If you need larger amounts of pellets, blown deliveries are ideal and cover orders of 3-26 tonnes. We have our own fleet of blower lorries and an experienced team who can deliver straight into your store. Furthermore, the team are well experienced in hard-to-reach or restricted-access properties and businesses for blown and pallet deliveries.
